We seek people who are passionate about cars and mobility – and across all levels from interns to direct entrants and experienced consultants.

Requirements for entry are a university Master’s degree or equivalent with very good grades, perfect German and English skills, and internships or professional experience in consulting or in the automotive sector. We also expect outstanding analytical skills, a keen intellect, the ability to deal with a sizeable workload, goal-oriented communication, personal initiative, motivation and openness towards other cultures

We advise the Group’s Top management and develop the managers of the future. Our success is based on having the best talents. You can play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility with us. We offer projects in which you can grow and strategically develop your own network. Individual advanced training is important to us – this includes a culture of constructive feedback and a range of specific training courses.
