Allianz Consulting was established in 2004 as the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. We are part of Allianz Services, the Allianz Group’s global services platform specializing in core insurance operations and management consulting. Our vision is to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments. Our experienced consulting teams support all Allianz operating entities worldwide in planning and implementing their local key strategic projects.

We have projects all over the world. Our experienced teams are based in Munich (Headquarters), Milan, Paris, Barcelona, New York, Minneapolis, Trivandrum, Pune and Singapore.

Allianz Consulting delivers management consulting services across the full value chain and globally to all Allianz entities. In 2023 Allianz Consulting supported around 700 projects globally in a broad variety of domains.

Our focus lies on cross-team collaboration and responding to our clients’ needs by constantly refining and developing our service offerings. These are bundled in 15 service clusters (reflected in the illustration below).

We are engaged in projects that include strategy execution, business modelling, emerging technologies or support bringing Allianz’ key business functions to excellence.

In Agile@Allianz for example, we help teams to set up their projects in an agile way and accelerate their success. With our work, we help to ensure the future competitiveness of Allianz through implementing modern and more effective ways of working.
