We are an international team of around 100 consultants, which is involved in all key projects and strategic challenges currently facing E.ON and the energy industry. We support the E.ON Group’s business units across all sectors – from sales to customer solutions.

Coming from 20 different countries with an academic specialization across engineering, natural sciences, economics and business administration, we form a diverse team, sharing a deep passion for mastering challenges in the energy industry. We support E.ON’s management in developing future solutions for the complex challenges of the energy market. E.ON’s Board of Management and senior executives entrust us with the Group’s most important issues – from strategy development to implementation. In doing so, we look after all business areas from generation to sales and network operation. Our projects are wide-ranging in terms of tasks, business areas, topics and durations. They can last six weeks or 18 months, with job rotation of consultants at least every six to nine months.
