Who we are:

Established in 2011 to address tremendous changes in the automotive industry from digital transformation and new business models, Continental Business Consulting (CBC) is the in-house management consultancy of Continental AG and advises it on the future.

CBC employs approximately 100 consultants, making us one of the largest in-house consultancies in the automotive supplier and mobility sector. We develop customized and sustainable solutions side-by-side with our international clients. Our consulting service portfolio is based on three pillars: Strategy & Organization, Process Excellence, and Implementation & Change Management.

Our Job:

We contribute to a wide range of consulting projects along the automotive and mobility value chain, from Corporate Strategy Development, Purchasing, Operations, and Reorganization through to Executive Interim Management, based on our service portfolio. We have a good reputation with our clients, and have produced measurable and value-adding results across all Continental divisions. We have also attracted attention for future-oriented topics such as the digital transformation, agile development, functional safety, data science, and big data analytics.

With our German offices in Hanover, Frankfurt, Regensburg, and Munich, our U.S. offices in Auburn Hills and Fort Mill, and our Singapore office, we have both global solutions and proximity to our clients. Our teams consist of both former Continental line function resources with dedicated track records as well as consultants with extensive working experience as consultants to top management. We offer the best of both worlds combining external outside-the-box-perspectives with solid, in-house knowledge of the company in order to serve the needs and requirements of our clients across all management levels including the Executive Board.

Who are we looking for:

CBC is the perfect blend of top management consultancy and top player in the technology and mobility industry. Due to the different fields and challenges of our projects, we are looking for highly motivated talent with a clear interest in people and technology. Both a convincing personality and an outstanding professional track record are equally important to ensure a perfect fit with our CBC colleagues. We are always looking for graduates, young professionals, and degree candidates, preferably in business or the engineering sciences and with excellent GPAs. At entry level, we seek applicants with relevant international work experience in the automotive or mobility industry. Dedicated experience in the management consulting business would be an advantage. We also value the ability to communicate effectively in German and English, an excellent analytical mindset, personal initiative, and lots of team spirit.
