Senior Consultant at Otto Group Digital & Consulting, Otto Group

I am part of Otto Group’s Digital & Consulting division since 2022. As a Senior Consultant with expertise in the areas of Customer Experience, Human-Centered Design and Change Management, I work in different roles on various projects in the digital context. On the one hand, I deal with strategic issues on classic consulting projects, and on the other hand, I support the rapid and flexible development of marketable digital products and inspire customers with innovative approaches such as design thinking.

As an in-house consulting provider for the entire Otto Group, our objective is to support the value creation of our group companies with various professional services. This means that we are constantly dealing with new questions and have to react quickly to changing requirements and challenges. This also implies that we have to continuously develop our skillset.

I am enthusiastic about the variety of issues we deal with on the different projects. The project-based work in changing interdisciplinary teams gives me the opportunity to continuously learn new things and to develop personally and professionally in different subject areas.

I like working in an exciting, dynamic environment with highly motivated colleagues and being able to actively shape the future of the Otto Group group companies. Furthermore, I appreciate the positive interaction within the team and the close cooperation with the various Group companies.

Before joining the Otto Group, I spent almost 3 years at Accenture gaining international management consulting experience in various industries. Before that, in parallel to my studies in Business Psychology (B.Sc.) and Management & Entrepreneurship (M.Sc.), I gained seven years of experience in the areas of business development, agile product development and corporate communications at OTTO, Tchibo and Beiersdorf, as well as co-founding a start-up.

I am an enthusiastic sportsperson (especially weight training & skiing), like to be outdoors in all weathers and enjoy discovering Hamburg together with friends and family. In case of bad weather I like to draw and visualize digital sketchnotes.
