My life before joining Telekom Strategy Consulting
Before joining TSC, I completed a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Deutsche Telekom and then worked as an Executive Assistant to top management. Alongside this role, I earned a master’s degree in Behavioral Ethics, Economics and Psychology. I later left the Group to broaden my experience in the research sector, where I worked as an Economist in behavioral economics. I subsequently returned to Deutsche Telekom through its trainee program, completing assignments in Barcelona, Berlin and Vienna. This path has given me a broad perspective on organizations, people and transformation.
My motivation to join Telekom Strategy Consulting
During my trainee program, I completed an assignment at TSC and was impressed by how closely the teams worked together to achieve high-quality results while maintaining an open and enjoyable atmosphere. I was particularly drawn to the opportunity to work on strategically relevant topics, collaborate with top management and combine consulting with the organizational understanding I had gained through my previous roles at Deutsche Telekom. TSC allows me to combine consulting excellence with the trust, context and long-term perspective of working within the Group.
What I enjoy most at Telekom Strategy Consulting
What I enjoy most is working in project teams where different perspectives and areas of expertise come together in a highly collaborative environment. Together, we develop high-quality solutions, challenge and refine them directly with top management. This way of working continuously broadens my perspective and encourages me to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
