I particularly appreciate the 4+1 arrangement, where we work on our projects from Monday to Thursday, and Fridays are reserved for personal development and joint activities, such as presentations by colleagues or meetings with inspiring personalities like CEO Tim Höttges, who discusses global trends and internal challenges over lunch.

Bachelor's & Master's studies in International Business, in the meantime internships in the consulting industry, but also at Deutsche Telekom.
My motivation to join Telekom Strategy Consulting
After my studies, it was really important to me not to commit myself yet, but to experience as much thematic variety as possible, to have a steep learning curve and to be surrounded by motivated and inspiring personalities, which is why I initially decided in favour of the consulting environment.
At the same time, I found the entry as a trainee super attractive, Deutsche Telekom offers a really great program, and the opportunity to combine the trainee program with a focus on in-house consulting was just right for me.
What I enjoy most at Telekom Strategy Consulting
The variety of projects and thus the topics and stakeholders, the group-wide network that ICN is building, the development idea that is part of the TSC mission, and most of all the colleagues/the team.
