My life before joining REWE Group Inhouse Consulting

After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, I started a “classic” consulting career at the Boston Consulting Group. After eight years of exciting projects and a PhD leave, I set up my own business with an IT company in the healthcare sector and a management consultancy. After four successful years in which I was able to advise several retail companies, it was time for a new challenge.

My motivation to join REWE Group Inhouse Consulting

I joined the management team as Head of at the beginning of 2024. The opportunity to work on a wide range of topics, from sales to purchasing, as well as transformational and digital issues, was one of the main drivers behind my move. In addition, I was able to advise REWE as a customer during my self-employment and thus already got to know Inhouse Consulting as an exciting employer with a constructive culture.

What I enjoy most at REWE Group Inhouse Consulting

What I enjoy most about my work is the great variety of topics and the opportunity to work on strategic projects that have a major impact on the future and the success of REWE. I also appreciate the motivating and trusting cooperation within our team and the opportunity to support younger colleagues in their development.
