My life before joining Otto Group Inhouse Consulting

After my dual business studies at the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA) in cooperation with Allianz Trade, I worked as a risk underwriter for the German Export Credit Agency (Euler Hermes AG) with a focus on Latin America until 2021. Then I decided to pursue my Master in Management at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. During this time, I did an internship at Otto Group Digital & Consulting and joined them as a consultant after completing my Master's degree in 2023.

My motivation to join Otto Group Inhouse Consulting

During my internship at Digital & Consulting, I realized that I would like to work here as a consultant after my Master's degree. On the one hand, I was inspired by the diversity of the Otto Group and therefore the diversity of our projects. On the other hand, my colleagues were a great source of motivation. At Digital & Consulting, we have a highly motivating and supportive working environment.

What I enjoy most at Otto Group Inhouse Consulting

It is very rewarding to see projects through from start to finish and to see how our work supports the Otto Group's transformation. We also see our internal customers as direct colleagues, which makes the collaboration trusting and respectfull.
