My life before joining Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting
Before joining Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting (MBMC) the first time in 2017, I had gained more than six years of consulting experience at Kearney. I entered MBMC the second time in 2022 as partner. In between I have gained valuable experience working several years in a line function with M&A and Cooperation Management. Academically, I am a trained political scientist with a Ph.D from the University of Konstanz and a Master from SUNY Buffalo, New York.
My motivation to join Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting
When joining I wanted to ensure more time for my family while not cutting back on my professional ambition. MBMC offers the striking possibility to work on demanding projects with significant company impact while still being able to have a fulfilling and balanced family life.
