My life before joining Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting
Before joining MBMC, I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Mannheim, including a double degree program in cooperation with the National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan. I had already been with the company for four years before starting as a Senior Strategy Consultant at MBMC.
My motivation to join Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting
What motivated me to join MBMC was the strong and distinctive culture that really stood out to me. The team is filled with young, ambitious individuals who are dedicated to their work, which creates an inspiring environment. The learning curve here is exceptional, both due to the exciting projects and the continuous feedback, as well as the ample opportunities for personal development. I was also excited about the unique opportunity to go to China and be part of setting up a new office. The career progression at MBMC is swift and promising, and the mentorship provided has been incredibly supportive and invaluable.
