We are decisively driving forward the energy transition in Europe and are committed to sustainability, climate protection, and the future of our planet.

Let’s change energy. For real.

E.ON Inhouse Consulting is the internal consulting unit for E.ON’s top management – and, above all, one of the driving forces behind Europe’s energy transition.

This is where work is done on the topics that truly matter – with the ambition to create real impact. From shaping the digital energy ecosystem and unlocking flexibility for millions of households to driving GenAI transformation and building smarter grids. Across 1.6 million kilometers of energy networks. For 47 million customers.

One of many measures in this context is the internship program specifically designed for female talents, “Female Excellence”, where you will benefit from individual coaching sessions, mentoring programs, networking opportunities, and a steep learning curve.
