My life before joining DHL Consulting
I did a dual study bachelor's degree in Business (Retail Management) and then worked as an intern across the business functions of a multinational IT company. After graduation, I stayed on with the organization to work in IT project management. But after three years, I felt I wasn't finished learning, so I began a masters degree in International Business Management at the University of Manchester in the UK, and then joined DHL Consulting after I had completed my studies.
My motivation to join DHL Consulting
As an in-house consultant, I also like the deep stakeholder relationship that I have forged with our client, DHL Group. I get to support different areas of the business over the longer term and follow up with how different projects are going, even when we have finished working on them some time ago.
What I enjoy most at DHL Consulting
Consulting suits me because it's a job where I'm constantly learning new things and developing new skills. It's an extremely diverse role which I enjoy because I get to work on and learn about lots of different projects.
