My life before joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting

Prior to joining DBMC in Frankfurt in early 2021, I completed my MSC in Finance and BSC in Management, Philosophy & Economics. During my studies, I worked as an intern at various consulting and financial services companies and was able to study and work in 5 countries across 3 continents.

My motivation to join Deutsche Bank Management Consulting

For me, DBMC is a place where you can not only grow in global financial services institution environment, but also as a team player. Thus, the main reason for me to join DBMC were twofold – one is to see and learn how one of largest European bank operates in its international business. However, the more important part was to be able to join a team that fosters teamwork and individual contribution in a cooperative setting.

What I enjoy most at Deutsche Bank Management Consulting

The trust you receive from everyone. In my first project, I was able to present my analysis to senior management and felt completely safe, because not only the team trusted me and supported me, but also the client was very supportive. This enables us to work in a collaborative environment, while remaining intellectual honest. For me, this also accelerated my personal growth path.
