Meaningful topics, powerful promotion...

My life before joining Bundeswehr Inhouse Consulting

I studied industrial engineering and mechanical engineering. I have been part of the BwConsulting team since October 2022.

My motivation to join Bundeswehr Inhouse Consulting

As a student, I worked for Malteser Hilfsdienst during the coronavirus pandemic, during which time I managed IT at the Berlin vaccination center. I came into contact with soldiers who had already worked successfully with BwConsulting on other projects for the Ministry of Defense and told me very positively about them. To better understand the company, I took a look at their website and Linkedin page. The openness and the topics highlighted there made me more interested in applying to BwConsulting.

What I enjoy most at Bundeswehr Inhouse Consulting

In short: meaningful topics and powerful support. The projects take place in the context of the turnaround, the social relevance is concrete. And with regard to personal development, I was given comprehensive information about the development process planned and designed for me even before I started. There was absolute transparency as to what was in store for me. I was then welcomed with open arms and felt the special corporate culture right from the start. In concrete terms, this meant that I received a comprehensive answer to every question, I was never a “newcomer” who was assigned somewhere. I was immediately involved in everything and was given interesting tasks - such as in the strategic digitalization project - that were an excellent fit for my profile. And a sophisticated mentor-mentee program has also supported me from day one to the present day.
