My life before joining Boehringer Ingelheim Internal Consulting
I studied Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt before joining BCG, where I focused on Strategy, Transformation, M&A/BD&L, and Go‑to‑Market topics in BioPharma and Life Science.
My motivation to join Boehringer Ingelheim Internal Consulting
After three years at BCG, it felt like the perfect time to transition from only seeing companies for the duration of a project, to taking ownership, getting to know a company inside-out and seeing ideas through implementation. With my strong interest in Pharma, and Boehringer Ingelheim being the largest German Pharma company, it felt like the perfect next step in my career – it was a no-brainer.

Doing this as part of a truly diverse team with a multitude of backgrounds, nationalities and experiences, while building a network within Boehringer Ingelheim, is what makes it so enjoyable.
