The content-related part of my work is extremely thrilling, and so is integrating perspectives of top managers around the globe.
My life before joining BASF Inhouse Consulting
Before joining BASF Inhouse Consulting, I started my consulting career at EY Parthenon in the Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy practice. Prior to that, I studied Business Administration in both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree at the universities of Mannheim and Cologne.
My motivation to join BASF Inhouse Consulting
Since 2023, I’m part of the practice group “Strategy & Organization” at BASF Inhouse Consulting. The fact that BASF is one of the leading chemical companies in the world means that the range of tasks for Inhouse Consulting is very complex. Since 2023, I’m part of the practice group “Strategy & Organization” at BASF Inhouse Consulting. As an Inhouse Consultant, it is particularly important to always be flexible. In my day-to-day work, I collaborate with a wide range of top decision makers within BASF to develop and implement strategies that create sustainable value for the company.
What I enjoy most at BASF Inhouse Consulting
I particularly appreciate the dynamic working environment with my colleagues in the Inhouse Consulting unit, where so many different academic & cultural backgrounds come together.
Also, I also really like the fact that our clients (as opposed to external consultancies) are also my colleagues. This makes it much easier and more worthwhile to work together and find common solution approaches.
