My life before joining BASF Inhouse Consulting
Before joining BASF Inhouse Consulting full-time, I completed an internship here during my Master’s in Management studies at the University of Mannheim. Earlier, I started my career at KPMG Baltics, working first in Financial Audit and subsequently in Management Consulting. Prior to that, I studied Business Administration at a Lithuanian-American university.
My motivation to join BASF Inhouse Consulting
Since 2023, I am part of the practice group “Strategy & Organization” at BASF Inhouse Consulting. Already during my internship, I saw how much I could learn from my colleagues’ professionalism and expertise. At the same time, there is a strong sense of trust, and I am encouraged to contribute my ideas and take ownership of different topics that are valued by senior leadership.
What I enjoy most at BASF Inhouse Consulting
What I enjoy most is being part of a supportive team within BASF Inhouse Consulting. My colleagues are always willing to brainstorm together and share their advice. In addition, we regularly give and receive feedback, which helps all of us grow both professionally and personally.
