In April 2013, UniCredit Management Consultancy Germany (UMCG) was established as an in-house consultancy within the HypoVereinsbank (UniCredit Bank AG) in Munich, Germany. Since the beginning, the objective of this unit was the planning and execution of future-oriented projects in all board divisions of the bank.
Challenges such as regulations, low interest rate levels, digitization and changing customer requirements almost daily call for answers to increasingly complex issues.
We are convinced that in such a dynamic environment, there can only be one answer to these questions: The ongoing transformation of our company.
Accordingly, the consultants of the UMCG work under the name “Transformation & Development” since August 2017.
With respect to the dynamic environment of the financial services sector, Transformation and Development (T&D) is working on highly prioritized senior management projects in all divisions of an international acting bank.
Working on strategic, procedural and operational topics, T&D serves the entire spectrum of conventional consulting.
