Engagement Manager – Group Management Consulting

You will be joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the Bank’s in-house management consulting global function that partners with senior executives across the Bank to deliver impact. Our project portfolio covers a wide range of strategic and transformation topics, which can range from supporting the Bank’s transformation agenda, to driving innovation and growth, to other pressing issues across all areas of the Bank. Our team members obtain an unrivaled level of exposure and access to the Bank’s most senior executives. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of a project, working directly with our clients
  • Take ownership of the project end-to-end through thoughtful planning and resourcing, ongoing project management
  • Develop the necessary and appropriate structures and frameworks to aid robust analysis and development of solutions, ultimately to ensure positive outcomes and sustainable results
  • Manage stakeholders and communications with senior executives, including the preparation of high-quality and targeted materials to drive decision-making
  • Lead and develop a small high-performing team, whilst helping to drive internal topics and implementing best practices

Who you are

  • Management Consultancy or equivalent experience ideally gained from within Strategy and/or Transformation engagements; Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering strategic projects for senior executives
  • Excellent structuring and analytical skills, with a strong ability to communicate both in written and verbal forms
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders to achieve the right out-comes
  • Motivation to develop the DBMC team and yourself through coaching and formal trainings
