David Beschorner

Senior Consultant

My Job as Inhouse Consultant:

As senior consultant, I am involved in strategic transformation process and support my team with analytical, operational and project management related tasks. I can contribute with both my academic knowledge and the practical experience I gained so far. I have the opportunity to drive my topics autonomously. And at the same time I consequently develop my methods and skillset.

My daily challenges:

Right now I am working in our TV project, to make Telekom Entertain even more sexy. With the latest agile methods, such as Design Thinking, and agile processes, we are designing the next generation of TV. New, innovative players like Netflix and Amazon Video are disrupting the existing TV market – and we as Deutsche Telekom take the chance to come up with new product ideas and business models, to guarantee our customers an outstanding entertainment experience.

Why I like to work as Inhouse Consultant:

The job of an inhouse consultant combines the best of both worlds: The fast learning track and the diverse task field of classical management consulting as well as the focus on the most exciting challenges of our industry: we drive the strategic transformation of Deutsche Telekom AG, to help our customers strive in the digital age.

What I like most about being an Inhouse Consultant:

At CSP, you are in direct contact with our customers from day 1. You have the opportunity to take responsibility for your topics – independently from your level of hierarchy. Moreover, our colleagues are team players who support each other with all questions and challenges.
The combination of high professionalism and challenges on one side and having fun in the team on the other side is what makes CSP unique – and what qualifies CSP as top employee for me.

My life before joining the Inhouse Consultancy:

During my master thesis, a friend of mine told me about his job at CSP. Exciting digitalization projects, a pleasant dynamic team as well as a great variety of development programs and trainings – all these aspects convinced me to apply. After handing in my application, everything went pretty quickly:After two and a half weeks and a couple of interviews later, I received a job offer. After all, the outstanding spirit and the positive mindset of my colleagues convinced me to start at CSP.

What I like to do in my spare time:

In my spare time I am an enthusiastic runner and currently preparing for the next big competition. I will take part with my team – we are consequently motivating and challenging each other to make our new best time. moreover, I like playing soccer and support my favourite soccer club with regular stadium visits. Apart from that, I play chess, the violin and golf – just kidding . I enjoy spending time with my friends and to relax during the weekend, to start into every new week at work full steam ahead!
