Director at Bosch Management Consulting
Since 2016, I have been working at Bosch Management Consulting mainly on the topics of restructuring, M&A and carve-out. During my projects, I got to know different Bosch business areas: from automotive and building technology to thermotechnology and power tools.
Developing holistic concepts and solutions together with customers, which are accepted by top management, is part of our everyday life. The project cooperation is very exciting and varied, because our internal customers come from many different industrial sectors and have different mindsets.
As a consultant of Bosch Management Consulting, I have the opportunity to get to know business models and innovations in diversified industrial sectors in one company: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, Energy and Building Technology. In addition, I can work on a variety of consulting portfolios like for example strategy, restructuring, organizational development, cost engineering, PMI, process mining, lean management, etc.
As an in-house consultant, I bring my Bosch expertise to the work. My client and I speak the same Bosch language. This speeds up familiarization with new projects and makes it easier to be accepted by the customer. Thanks to the close cooperation, I have been able to build up a large network in the Bosch Group.
I have joined Bosch in production planning in 2009 after my graduation as mechanical engineer. As an overall project manager I was responsible for building up plants “on a green field” and for production relocations within the international production network. In parallel to this job, I completed an extra-occupational MBA course with the support of Bosch. Before I have joined Bosch Management Consulting, I worked as a business developer responsible for M&A, cooperation and JV management in the regions of China and ASEAN.
Since I travel a lot as a consultant, usually I spend my spare time with my family and friends. I am also a hobby real estate investor, who achieves a turnaround in returns through DIY renovation of apartments.
