My life before joining Boehringer Ingelheim Internal Consulting
Before joining Boehringer Ingelheim, I worked for 10+ years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the Health Care and Global Health Practice, driving high-impact corporate strategies and transformational initiatives.
I’m most proud of my work with Global Health organizations to develop innovative strategies to improve access to treatments and diagnostics for HIV/AIDS, TB, and malaria, and of the successful establishment of a vaccine tech transfer hub to scale equitable access in lower middle income countries (LMICs). I also held the role of Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.
From an educational perspective, I hold a MSc from Bocconi University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
My motivation to join Boehringer Ingelheim Internal Consulting
My motivation to join the industry stemmed from a desire to contribute more directly to the success of one company and witness the tangible results of my efforts. What attracted me to Boehringer Ingelheim is the focus of the organization on innovation and long-term social impact. I saw the opportunity to contribute with my daily work to the mission of transforming lives for generations in a tangible way – either by working on the next research strategy or by directly supporting our ESG activities.

What I enjoy most at Boehringer Ingelheim Internal Consulting is the diverse and inclusive work environment, as well as the ability to work on topics that resonate deeply with my personal values. I’m constantly energized by the high-impact work we undertake and by having the ability to be part of socially-impactful initiatives such as Making More Health (which can take you to India and Africa) or supporting the investments in Social Enterprises of our Impact Fund.
